Best contractor I have ever used! They removed the terrible patio cover that was installed in May 2023 and replaced it with a quality cover and excellent workmanship! The owner, Ely Ramos, came to my house three times so we could design the "perfect" cover for both rain protection and sunlight. We came up with a design that included "custom" modifications to meet my goals. The installers, Michael and Carlos, were terrific. Very knowledgeable, patient, and able to "adjust" as the work proceeded to make modifications "on the fly". Anna, in the office, was always pleasant and quick to respond via phone or email. The cost was very competitive with other quotes. A terrific company with the customer's satisfaction the top priority!

Recently New Generation installed our new patio cover. From our initial meeting with Ely to the final installation of our new patio cover, it has been a pleasure working with the New Generation team. First, Ely helped us design the patio cover. He listened to our goals and desires and designed a cover that was exactly what we wanted. Since the patio cover was a portion of an entire outside remodel project, Ely insured a coordinated integration with our other contractor. When the patio cover was installed, Michael and his installation team installed a beautiful cover. Michael consulted with us at each step where there were decisions to be made. These included lighting options, lighting placement. wiring, etc. Michael was professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy we chose New Generation to install our new patio cover
